Wells 4 Wellness, a local organization with a global effect, has purchased a compressor to build 30 wells in Niger

Moline, IL — Wells 4 Wellness, a local organization with a global effect, has purchased a compressor to build 30 wells in Niger, Africa.

Wells 4 Wellness is pleased to announce they can move forward in their mission to provide safe, clean drinking water to the people of Niger. Thanks to the generous supporters of Wells 4 Wellness. Through the contributions of everyday people, Wells 4 Wellness was able to purchase a compressor this week. They plan to resume well installation this summer.

The organization is partnering with Faith for All Nations Church in Texas in order to maximize the number of wells built and reduce costs. Faith for All Nations agreed to purchase a drilling rig and Wells 4 Wellness pledged to purchase a compressor and a truck.

Pat Herath, Executive Director, would like to thank all of the dedicated volunteers and supporters of Wells 4 Wellness for their assistance in purchasing a compressor. Herath said, “Without our supporters, Wells 4 Wellness would not be able to accomplish our mission. From financial support to expert advice and time, our local community is the driving force allowing us to bring life saving water to the people of Niger.”
